Shameless, goto Schrock Innovation, they have a store on Burke street, in Omaha, on the south side of Village Point Mall. They custom build laptops to their specs, of higher quality components. They last a lot longer, I've been well satisfied with the ones I have. The owner has a call in talk show on KFAB on Sunday morning, at 07:00.

Have you tried external speakers? If they don't work either it's probably the sound card (or a loose nut on the keyboard). I have a 20plus year old HP that is running Windows 95. Everything works good but they have made Windows 95 obsolete.

He must have tightened that loose nut on the keyboard.
