Comes with everything you need to install on your tractor.
Comes with tires and rims.
Could use 2 new tie rod ends.

At that price I assume it is Pwr. Steering.

Yes it has power steering.

I thought the price was pretty fair. If you look at Wagners of meyerstown web site there asking $450 for just the axle housing. (That's not to say they will ever sell it at that price)

I open to offers.
