I think they now put that on the store signs when they make them!

My daughter has been trying to hire a assistant chef to help her for over a year, even the
ones they hire don't show up, never to be heard from again. They even had one tell them she expected to be compensated for coming to interview? I just don't understand!

You'd think with 500,000 immigrants coming into Canada every year there wouldn't be ANY 'help wanted' signs......
ALL the businesses near me WANT employees.... $20 - $65 per hour......

First trailer to be left loaded where food inside rots due to not enough help, look for shippers to decline hauls.  Once gets bad enough warehousers will shut down and those lovely store bought supplies become non-existent.

The last of us "baby boomers" are retiring and there just aren't enough people to replace us. I don't see more people in our area that aren't working. I do see less people working extra jobs (which both my wife and I have always done).

My observation is there are more people that want to work their 40 hours and no more.
