get a picture of the right side, EASY to tell  as 'extra stuff' near the distributor...
I've got 3 D-14 ,only one has PS.

There is no "VIN" break or serial number range. Power steering was an option. It either has it, or it doesn't. Some came from the factory without and was installed later by a dealer.

The pump and lines are below the distributor.  IF you can see 2 lines going to the front, it has power steering.
If you plan to have a loader on a D14, I strongly recommend power steering!

sadly, I only used the PS D-14 to raise giant pumpkins up to then lower into a trailer,so maybe 1/2hr ,once a year..can't really say if it was better.
now wife wants them all gone, figures it's only worth $500...
sigh....

I've got a d14 narrow front without PS, steers nice, but I do keep the tires pumped up tight!! On the other hand I've got an early d17 that has the factory option cigarette lighter still intact with the original pop out lighter, yet they couldn't spring for PS !! Gonna be rough when I put a loader on it  LOL  keith so. va.
