Sorry, I have been a head banger for a VERY long time, and the R&R Hall of Fame lost it's relevance years ago in my (and a lot of other people's) mind. No disrespect to Dolly in particular. She is a great country singer and an incredible humanitarian. But she has admittedly never done a rock album and even requested to be taken out of the running for this year's induction. Yet many of the big influential rock artists haven't been inducted. For some reason the people in charge in Cleveland don't seem to want heavy metal in, but rap and country are fine. Just my 2 cents worth.

I do stand corrected. I learned a little bit ago Judas Priest was inducted this year, but through a special category. Otherwise I still stand by my earlier post. The R&R Hall of Fame is a pop culture museum as far as I can see, even if they did give a small nod to 4 major rock acts. ------------- 1959 AC D17 Gas with some updates |

I could NOT care less who they pick... Hall of Fame means as much to me as the Grammy or other Hollywierd, self gratification BS. ------------- Like them all, but love the "B"s. |
