Danielle grilled pork chops marinated in dales seasoning, potatoes, and her first attempt at Mexican street corn. Man alive!! I had 4 pork chops and the corn was EXCELLENT! She grilled the corn on the cob and made a sauce from mayonnaise, chili powder, garlic powder, and parsley. Man it was good

Sounds good. I’d like to know more about the Mexican corn?
I’m gonna try to make that sauce

Sorta a rub or dip more than a sauce I guess.

1/2 cup mayonnaise
Good amount of garlic powder (your definition of a good amount)
Chili powder
Cilantro or parsley

Smear it on the corn after you grill it while the corn is still hot. Sprinkle on some powder parmesan as you like. Some variations use sour cream or cotija (?) cheese. Might also squeeze some lime juice to cut some of the mayo fat. I'll see if I can get Joe to post a picture. If you've ever seen Nacho Libre it's the corn the little guy is eating

Now speaking of pork chops, My luscious and lovely has this thing that she does with them, probably the best porkies I have ever had.  Should you like "Shake and Bake" porkies (which I do) this puts them to shame. She takes a bag of chicharrones, runs them through the blender until well powered and then coats the porkies like shake and bake, bakes them slightly rare and yum yum yum
