The G never had a toolbox.
I have a toolbox that came from an Oliver implement, bolted it on the front where the weight goes, on my G.
If anyone would like something like that I could make one.

On a G, I think there's enough room where the two front lateral tubes bolt to the torque tube, and come straight up before they make their turn, if you installed a flat steel plate there, you could mount one of those small universal toolboxs right there. Just an thought. On my G, I designed a plate to mount a WD/WD45 instrument box. I drilled another 2" hole next to the original Ammeter hole and installed the oil pressure and voltmeter in front of me so I know what's going on behind me.  If you loose oil pressure and not know it, by the time your hear the engine knocking, its kinda late....
