I have been looking through the forum and on line photos and see that there were two or three different cabs that were made for the 715 over its production life.  Anyone have any information on the who manufactured the cabs for the 715 loader backhoe line.

Thanks for any advice/insights. Orangeman

I can look at my cab I think it still has sticker in it on cab
my 715B-D is 1982 mfg date and has the larger cab with swing out 2 piece door .
Some of early cabs had a sliding upper door not the swing out
also seems the ones I saw were yellow when later ones were painted black
Unsure if early ones were ROPES or just weather protection

Thanks Coke:  My 715,  early 1974 has both the rops and a cab that has the swing out 2 piece door.  From the operators station looking at the backhoe controls the glass angles in toward the operator, and has narrow windows to the left and right side that are hinged and open to provide for good air floor.  Am needing the dimensions of the steel frame for the upper half of the 2 piece door and am missing one door opening handle for the smaller bottom door.    Hopefully whomever built the cabs is still in business and may have some handles, hinge pieces, framing and window I can source locally and weld together myself.

Thanks Much ... Orangeman

Seems different than mine as my 2 piece doors lower 1/2 swings down and out , upper folds back to side of cab - work station is large - area
 Picture in profile
I looked at a few machines that had the smaller narrow work station of early design

They were made in Litchfield Minnesota, by Custom Products Inc. I have a 715C with the factory cab and the tag is still visible

Kcgrain:  thank you for your time to check over your cab.  That is very helpful.
