Anybody here ever have one fail? My 45 has a slight vibration, sometimes acts like a bearing, goes away under load, no knocking.  A local fellow said he had a van that did that and it turned out to be the pilot bearing.  Said it took a long time to figure it out.

Why is there never time to do it right the first time, but always time to go back and fix it?
