Finally getting around to building our 262. We got fire rings from you and I was curious what the crush on them is so i can get an idea of head clearence and according to your directions the soldered joint goes away from the cam side. Correct?

They will only crush to the thickness of head gasket. Rings are .075 and gasket is .065 so ring crush is .010 + stand out of sleeve. MACK
