Got a 7060 that I took a crack at rebuilding and have used it for around 100 hours, counting last spring and fall and this spring, engine runs good with good hot oil pressure, no smoke or blow by, no serious oil consumption, the only issue I'm having is that it will dribble antifreeze out of the overflow tube once it has gotten up to operating temperature and then it will quit and won't do it for the rest of the day until it cools off again and then the cycle repeats. I had the head checked for cracks before rebuild, checked out fine, didn't do this before rebuild, reason I rebuild it was I had a sleeve of ring fail, no antifreeze in the oil or vice versa. I also replaced the The radiator cap after rebuild with a AGCO, I would put the old cap back on but seem to have misplaced it. It's not a serious amount I've actually never had to add, still visible when removing the cap. Any ideas? Lord I hope I don't need to take this head off again....

Don't fill radiator to full.

You cannot have the radiator too full when cold or it will do this until it pukes out what it doesn't want. If you look in the rad when cold and on level ground it should be down 3 inches I'd say. As long as the core tubes are covered it is full enough. Check the breather tube end for creamy water droplets daily and taste them to see if they are sweet.

blow by tube is clean, I'll definitely keep an eye on it.
