My CA is leaking from two holes in the rear end (see below) I changed the fluids in it when i got it a few weeks ago, and I put in the specified amount.  Since the fluid change its been leaking

They look like factory holes (what they're for i have no idea)

The pinion shaft seals are leaking. The seals are located by the differential housing. The final drive housings will need to be removed to gain access to the seals.

I think the idea is to provide drainage so that the water that (inevitably) gets inside the housing has a way to get out. As noted, they're also handy for mice looking for a way inside the housings!

2x what DennisA said about your leak. The repair is fairly easy if you've got access to a hoist to handle the weight of the housings. I used an engine hoist when working on my CA brakes and hand clutch. There is some work involved to get to the point where you can remove a housing - removing the operator platform and the fenders. Make sure that you drain the differential before starting - otherwise there will be a lot of fluid running out the side of the differential when you pull the housing off! I say this from experience...

The shop manual ought to cover that:
