Hate to burst any bubbles, But IH farm truck and school bus rims fit the grader centers and clamps, exactly, and are real cheap.  Also they aren't spit rims...Wink

So itr looks like 20" Dayton rim - either a 3 piece or 2 piece - with locking ring at outside . 
A 2 or 3 piece rim is NOT a split rim -  If a standard hub with lock wedges on studs - then one could use any Dayton rim - be it 20'' / 22.5" / 24" as tire units .
