| Have you checked with Heitmans? Also join the big Allis Chalmers Facebook groups. Ask if anyone is parting out a tractor. And tell them what you are looking for. |

I’ve heard putting a factory cab on a non cab tractor is a pain. My first 6080 had a aftermarket cab removed the cab and put a canopy on it. I HATE AFTERMARKET CABS with a passion. ------------- 8030 and 8050MFWD, 7580, 3 6080's, 160, 7060, 175, heirloom D17, Deere 8760 |

Well I'm more or less looking for something like a heat houser. I can't afford a solid cab something I can take off in the summer and put on in the winter to block snow and wind in the winter thanks ------------- 6060 s\n 5016 1947 JD B |

| If you can't find a heathouser, one option is to buy a canvas, cut some holes for muffler, etc and drape it down the sides to hold the engine heat in. Tie the bottom together. It won't block the snow, but it will funnel heat back to the operator. I used to do this when I had the snowblower on a 185. |

| We have a heat house for our open station 6080. Dad put it on a few times as a kid. Problem was that engine did not produce near the heat running around the yard feeding calves as the 180 and D17 gas tractors that it replaced. |

Femco and Heat Houser brand are usually near perfect fit. I'd honestly spend the extra money on the Heat Houser brand. They have the better product, it's still the heavy green canvas. It holds up a lot better than the vinyl Femco uses.
