Just wondering what most of the HD4's had for batteries out there? You could get them three  ways. Thanks tracy

Mine has a single battery tray which appears to be original. 12 volt.

single 12 V mounted under seat - used a 900 AH battery - same one I used in my pickup, dump truck, TLB, HD5G, and other tractors - Automotive battery with a 5 year warranty - just changed them out as they failed after few years -

There are 3 different battery trays for them. Mine has 2 -12 volts, but not sure how the clamp worked. The parts manual shows one type, but not like mine.Kind of wondering how they were supposed to work.  Thanks Tracy
