I have a 180 and the left tie rod came apart.  I put it back and retightened the clamp but it keeps coming right back out.  Do I need to replace the entire tie rod? on this side?

The clamps on the new ones from China will not hold especially if you put anti seize on them. I always take a grinder and take the clamp off the old one and double clamp the new one

You must center the swing arm under the engine and then center both front wheels. If the swing arm isn't centered when the wheels are centered it could pull the tie rod apart when making a hard left turn.
