Looked in the freezer and frig, --- out of bacon. So I settled for a briscut sandwich for dinner. Worked a farmers market last night, brought home another double package of HyVee's barbe'd ribs, hot off their portable smoker. Darn good chow. Gonna finish them off for supper tonight.

Time to head to Menards. People give you a funny look when you tell them you buy your bacon at Menards. They don't have it all the time here but it's the thick slice and not smoked, 1.5lb package. I stock up when they do.
