| I have a bad outside axle bearing and broken teeth on my bull gear. Is it easier to change the whole final drive or replace the affected parts. |

| If it was my tractor I would change whole unit from diff housing out, does require removal of brake shoes. Final drive assemblies are inter changeable left to right. |

Believe you may have to remove the brake shoes for the drum to clear the housing |

| I have several finals all apart and on the shelf or the assembly with the brake drum off. the only difference is the fender support casting between WD and WD45. I have those also with no broken bolts in the casting. Also have resurfaced brake drums and all the brake parts. For Sale! |

| I’ve had a final off But to replace the bearing and the bull gear I’m having a lot of problems getting the top 4 big bolts loose tried to cut the nut off and drive it out wouldn’t budge |

The two castings never get seperated. The axle pinion comes out through the brg cap and the bull gear drops out the bottom.
