Anyone know where the clutch safety switch is located. I know it has to be somewhere in the clutch linkage! Was wondering if'n I have to remove the fuel tank to get to it? Thinking about by-passing the switch. Any helpful instructions would be appreciated? Looking up under the tractor I cannot seem to locate it?

Should be under the dash.

Under the floor mat just inside the cab door about 10 inches. There's also one on the PTO valve behind the batteries.

you saying it is NOT on the clutch linkage under the cab? Woulda thought it has to be connected to the linkage?

i'm having to depress the clutch 15-20 times to get it to roll. Assuming this IS the switch problem? I suppose I can pull the wires and tie them together and eliminate the switch? Can that be done thru the floor panel?

I'm saying it is under the floor mat, under the cab floor, underneath an access cover in the floor and yes, the clutch pedal rod touches the end of the switch.

If you mean roll, as in engine roll over to start???????? The switch will be adjustable with 2 nuts , just move it down to get the switch to make contact if you still want it

Yes, that switch needs to be adjusted as the linkage wears… I've done mine years back.
If you look behind the fuel tank under the firewall of the cab you should see it.
