Ill have to say after reading several post about the 8010's being a  little weak on power for there size I'll have to say there a heck of tractor . Been pulling baler last few days on real steep ground , you look at the clouds while going to the top of our hills and If weren't for weights Id have to steer with the brakes  . Had plenty of power pulling baler and the  hi-lo on the column is the trick when you get to top and want to travel on till you start back off .My buddy has a 85 hp deere  4x4 and I go where he goes and he shakes his head at me ..........

I know the feeling I was using my 7020 at work on the 15 Deere disc bine, doing the same job the 150 hp 4x4 Deere does on half the fuel!

I know what you mean. I picked up an 8010 PS this year to pull an 8-15 kinze and I am happy with it.   The only time I have had an issue is when throttled down to turn and being hard on the turn breaks. Now I just downshift 1 gear and leave it throttled up. I will say I have enjoyed planting more this year than previous years on the open station 6080. Now I watch the dust blow by and it doesn't bother me.

We pull a claas 180 with our 8010 on some pretty steep stuff. It seems to handle it pretty well for what it is

We love our 8010 PD on the round baler as well.  Easily on fuel and weighs enough that you don't get shoved around on hills since we make 95% of our hay as baleage.  I was so happy when dad said we could switch and bale with the 8010 instead of the open station 185!
