Anyone out there have a 2500 or 2600 allis disk? How you like? Been reading a little about them the 2500 is a light build disk and the 2600 is heavy build true? Would like to get a big one talking 25 feet plus! Normally I would be looking for an IH 490 or 496 but as much as I like my monoframe allis plow I would like to get an allis disk to go with it!! So what you guys think and can you post any pics of you allis disk or any other allis tillage equipment you have? Would like to find a 13 shank allis 1500 min till too they look better built then a IH 6500 chisel! Ok let's see some pics of orange tillage!! Thanks

2300 light duty 2500 medium 2600 heavy
They are all good if you only use them for what they are designed for…
Check out Norm Swinford's book for the specs.

We have a center fold 2500. I think it's somewhere around 21-22'. We love it. It does a much better job than some of the other brands that our neighbors are using. Possibly theirs aren't set up properly. The best part is that Allis discs are cheap in this area compared to red and green. Ours must be one of the later ones because it says Agco Deutz Allis on it.

We've had several of the Allis discs, (2300's, 2500's and 2600's), over the years, and I always said that the AC disc was one of the best kept secrets in the industry.

We have a 35' and 32' 2600. We really like them but we go through lots of bearings. I buy the cheap type so that might be problem though...
