New to the board and and just purchased my first Allis. Trying to trouble shoot the turn signals / 4 way flashers and can not find the fuse box. Owners manual  and IT Shop Manual shows it beneath the steering column. All I find is the main circuit breakers and 7 (seven) other circuit breakers.  No labeling or diagrams to show what they are for. Did Allis make a running change or did some one rewire this on their own?

Normal. Mine is the same. See the owners manual. It should have a diagram.

Welcome to the forum. Early tractors did use fuses, later tractors had circuit breakers. The turn signal switch is usually the problem. A small change in the wiring may have to be done with a new switch.

Is there a kit or a wiring diagram to use the "new" style switch? I have most terminals and tools needed .

Agco sells a replacement switch.

The originals were prone to failure. Most have been changed already so likely yours needs one too.

Just make sure all the bulbs are good and if it still does not seem to work… go shopping.
