hey all. wanting to turn fuel up just a little on my 210 for chisel plowing. need advice on how to do it. thanks!

turn out the torque screw - it is the screw under the plastic cap sticking out at a 45 degree angle pointing back toward the steering wheel on the same plane as the throttle shaft but on the rear of the top of the pump-it is the only screw not parallel or perpendicular to the plane of the pump area.   Remove seal, warranty is out, loosen jam nut , insert allen screw, and turn out couple of turns, tighten jam nut - do not over tighten.  If it has already been done - likely - it is like if you have to ask, don't do it - have a pro do it .. a seized pump head is a terrible thing to waste...
