What is the best way to remove the cab blower motor on a 7000 Black Belly.

If it's the same as the 7020 it needs to come out the top, you'll need to remove the vents inside to get at the nuts to the bolts holding the fan housing down. Just did my 7020 it is a tedious job but works better if you have another person holding the nuts underneathe while your up top

What he said, out the top and remove the vents so you can get a wrench on the nuts.  I took mine out to clean up the fan and clean out the blower compartment.  Not a bad job, just takes a little time and a couple of times climbing up and down the tractor to grab tools and put nuts and bolts down where they won't fall off.
