Hi everyone,
I'm new to this forum and wanted to say I'm glad it exist to help guys like me. I just bought a Model C today and need to replace both front tires. Its a narrow front end and I don't know where to jack to get the front off the ground. I'm 66 years old and wanted to get into these old tractors. Didn't take long to run into a problem. Dont want to break anything.
Thanks for any help.
Bryan

Loosen the lugs, before driving on the 2x4...

With the wheels in the air whether by jack or 2x4 those wheels spin easily. A good air impact wrench would probably still loosen the lug nuts or bolts but its a lot easier to break them loose with the tires on the ground. Always has been a factor in changing tires.

You can always jack where you see my jack stand under the bell housing part of the torque tube without a problem.
