Last night the grounds took a bad hit from the storm . Lost many buidings, a new covered bridge and several roofs. Have not heard the official, but I think tornado. The whole town was without power for quite a while.

There's a video on the Facebook page. Looks like the buildings closer to the highway were hit hardest

Yes they do have a neat set of buildings, especially that little gas station. Hope they can salvage everything.

I have not been up there yet, but I think the school, church is ok. The depot had some roof damage, but most of what was lost was the older building and like said, what was close to the highway. It will all be rebuilt, we have too strong of a club to give up.

Hate to hear that, Dave...My first swap meet I ever attended was in Lathrop. Had about a foot of snow on the ground that year. I wish I were closer, I'd sure offer a helping hand. Hope things calm down there, and no more rough weather.

Looks like straight line wind damage.  Could have been worse, glad nobody was injured

Sorry to hear of the loss!
That is the best overall showground that I have seen, and it needs to be saved!
The buildings are the show!
