| I have a B210 with a Briggs 243431 engine that has been setting about 6 years. Took the air cleaner apart and the foam element had turned to mush. Any body know where to get a paper element with a foam precleaner for this engine. |

Original filter is all foam, saturated with oil. Gary |

The later Cast-Iron Briggs had paper filters. You can use a paper filter with the foam pre-filter but will need to change out your air cleaner mounting stud in the carburetor as you need the longer one.  ------------- 10 various B-series garden tractors, AC Homesteader8, 416 hydro,710 gt, 914, 916H, 917H, 920D, and many misc attachments |
