In my 190 I went to wally world and got a digital car radio 2 speakers and an antenna. It works good and didn't cost to much.

i thought about doin that but wasnt sure if wiring would be a nightmare. i have done a couple of them in trucks but with the plug adapter ya just match the colors and splice and its pretty simple haha. wont have that convenience in tractor ha

I'm about the world's worst when it comes to figuring out electrical systems, BUT,,,, I did wire up a radio on my Ford 8N (It's inside an old Allis-Chalmers fender radio case). I too got a cheap Wal Mart radio. There were a lot of wires coming out the back, and I didn't know what to do with them, so I ignored them. I just took the power wire and ran it to the battery, and ran a ground wire from the radio to the battery. Then I ran wires to my speaker, and plugged in the antenna. Really is super simple!

This is true, but run the main heavy power wire directly to the battery, through a fuse. Run the lighter on/off power wire to your ignition switch. Doing it this way will keep your stations in the radio memory.
