| In my 190 I went to wally world and got a digital car radio 2 speakers and an antenna. It works good and didn't cost to much. |

| i thought about doin that but wasnt sure if wiring would be a nightmare. i have done a couple of them in trucks but with the plug adapter ya just match the colors and splice and its pretty simple haha. wont have that convenience in tractor ha |

| I'm about the world's worst when it comes to figuring out electrical systems, BUT,,,, I did wire up a radio on my Ford 8N (It's inside an old Allis-Chalmers fender radio case). I too got a cheap Wal Mart radio. There were a lot of wires coming out the back, and I didn't know what to do with them, so I ignored them. I just took the power wire and ran it to the battery, and ran a ground wire from the radio to the battery. Then I ran wires to my speaker, and plugged in the antenna. Really is super simple! |

| a lot of the wires out the back of those are speaker wires....read the directions that come with the radio! lol |

This is true, but run the main heavy power wire directly to the battery, through a fuse. Run the lighter on/off power wire to your ignition switch. Doing it this way will keep your stations in the radio memory. |
