A late model 170 with snap coupler. Didn't think they made any snap coupler tractors after 1970. If someone has a grille for it, it would be a good oddball original tractor...

Not sure that is original. Looks like the snap coupler may have been added. Orange shade looks different

If not original ,it makes a lot of sense to add it,when everything you pull IS snap-coupler !
Like having all 2" balls on trailery things ! Never find that lone 1 7/8 when you need it !!

That probably a decent price for it if you don't mind or want the snap coupler.

Old pal of mine ordered 1. It was the only one I ever saw. It really hurt the sale of his tractor at his sale.

Price seems way high for a gas tractor with no three point. You can't hardly give a gas tractor away around here anymore unless it is a Ford 8n.

I see it has 2 remotes too
You must not have looked at D17IV's lately? A 170/175 can't remember which or if Gas or diesel sold a few years ago here at auction for over $10k. It was nicer than that one.
Biggest downfall I see is no grill. It still depends if a person actually wants a snap coupler on it. Would be nice if you had a bunch of snap coupler implements. You can always put a 3-point conversion on it too.
I bet you'd make him an offer and take it home for $5000 - $5500

Not looking to buy it. Just thought it was odd. Between a D17 IV gas, D17 IV diesel and a 175 diesel, this one would be redundant for me!
