This is coming up at an auction near me in SE MI:

1973 AC rough terrain fork lift

Do any of you know what model it may be and what AC tractor it was built on?

There are pictures at:

In 1973 they were only building 500 and 600 series forklifts with 4 cylinder gas engines.

By 1973, the A-C rough terrain forklifts were not based on a farm tractor.
Didn't see an A-C forklift on the pictures.

one auction company I know, (they are die hard green people) but had an AC forklift on their lot they used for years....I finally got it out of them why? they said it had more lifting power than anything else they could get like it, including green!

I think that one you showed, just has the AC mast, it don't look like any AC forklift I've ever seen. a lot of masts were interchangeable...but some had to have a few mods.
