Holy crap! Can you imagine listening to that screaming demon all day? Wow! And I love the old 2 cycle jimmy's. Being a 53 series, it seems like it's turning more rpm than a 71 would. I bet it still wasn't over 2800 though.

Still have a soft spot for the old Detroits. Spent one winter driving a 69 Ford W-9000 powered by an 8V71. Later owned a Louisville with an 8V71 and another with a 6V92.
Would love to have a 12V71 or 12V92. Spent diesel day driving a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee diesel from Charlotte NC to Erie Pa. ------------- Nothing is impossible if it is properly financed |
