I bled the injectors and all but the one on #2 cylinder bled. I'm not getting any fuel out of that line. What can be the issue?

yes, if no fuel is going to the injector, it won't fire that cylinder, thus rough running. Now, being a Roosa pump, it's uncommon for them to lose one cylinder. Check the line carefully, and make sure it came loose from the injector when you loosened the nut. Sometimes those stay sealed in the injector and have to wiggle the line to pop it loose.

I saw one once when the opposing cylinder had the tip split. Why, don't know, maybe Ed can tell us. MACK

If the problem is truly as described, I'd guess the #6 injector tip may be stuck open or split.

So I was able to get the #2 injector to bleed. Still running rough though. What kind of wrench do I need to get the injectors out? They have like a zillion points.

sounds like a 12 point socket is what you'll need, just regular tools. Either 5/16 or 3/8. The bolts are 5/16.
