I have a 1960's AC tractor. What would be the thread sizes for the grease fittings. Some are small and some larger that take a 7/16 wrench?  Any suggestions as to the best way to get broken off grease fittings out?

Most likely the bigger holes are 1/8"NPT, 27 TPI. Smaller ones might be 1/4-28 bolt thread.  To get 'em out, generally a pair of vice grips on whole ones, sheared off ones can generally be removed with easy outs (bolt extractors).  Don't generally need to drill a hole, if they are sheared off, cause they already have a hole in them...
