I have an Allis 200 serial 200-4967 that had noticeable oil around the brake housing and brakes not tight so I pulled the cover to check. When I removed the bottom bolt on cover oil poured out. Upon removing the cover the brake assembly is all dry so my question is should that bolt hole be dry or does it go into the rear end cavity? If should be dry what's the cause? Thanks in advance!

The bolt hole is open to the final drive . If oil came out the bolt hole , then the final drive is over full of oil. cause could be oil seal on bull pinion or the cap on the inside axle bearing came off.

Thanks Dave for your input. I noticed that the oil level was raised and wondered if that could be part of my issue. If I continue getting oil in my rear end is there a seal between it and my power director.
