I am trying to gather serial #'s for any remaining Monarch 75's. I would also like current or vintage pictures of the 75. I am currently working on one, hoping to have it ready for labor day weekend show in Edgerton WI.

I would love to see some pictures of your restoration project. Love the old crawlers. I'm restoring a 34' K

The Leland brothers at Ismay Montana have pristine Monarch crawler, but I can't remember what model it is for sure. 75 sounds right. They told me it is supposedly one of only three known to exist. It's a nice one! Darrel

There is a restored 75 at the Heidrick Ag History Centre in Woodland, CA. Some photos of it are to be found on Flickr.com taken by a Jack Snell.
Another restored 75 was exhibited at the Manitoba Threshermens Reunion in 1998.

The Monarch 75 you are restoring, was that the one that was down at Edgerton?

The only relation I know of the 2, is a reputation of fine quality.Big smile We had 2 at the shop I worked in. Both were used to do some REAL work , including turning single throw crankshafts for punch presses.

I talked to them already, and theirs has a different set up. I am not sure what the piece is supposed to actually do , but it hooks up to the governor.
