I'm not over here in the constuction site that often but a gentlman down the road from me knows I have a thing for AC's and asked me if I would be interested in a 655 loader. I know absolutly nothing about these units. He said it has been sitting in the shed, undisturbed for 6-8 years. What kind of engine would it have, how much would it weigh, is it worth trying to get it? I havn't looked at it yet just wondering if there would be any interest from anyone on here, in the loader. We have JD555 track loader and really don't need another iron in the fire. Located in Old Monroe MO.

No, 175 diesel used a Perkins engine. 200 CID motor is a 190 engine minus 2 cylinders.

4 cyl nat asp engine used in fork truck and cotton picker , can be gas or diesel as same block was used for both , similar to HD4 , H4 units , about 3/4 yd bucket ,
good machine for small jobs as weight to power decent in small package . Shuttle shift 3 speed trany . With bucket it needs counterweight on back .

I would love to have it, but the family might have to go without food, lights and heat for a few months if I were to buy it. I would like to see pictures of it, though. Darrel

The first guy to pm me is who I gave the contact # to. If it falls through, I will repost. If he gets it, he will surely post some pics.
