is the color for the hd5g loaders the same as the allis tractors? is it persian orange #1 or 2? looking to start base painting parts as i get them done to prime them for a full paint later once it is all together. i know it has been talked about before but could not find a good answer with the search feature. thanks for the help.

I would say PO 1  on most - but i also have seen many in Yellow also . 
Mine is PO 1 and the base seems to be that also but one HD5G I had was yellow and another was PO 1 but yellow under that. HD5B was orange to the base metal .

My 7G is yellow, bright yellow under the Cat yellow that is on it.
