In theory you should be able to drill it out since the replacement tube will have the correct critical ID passage size. Verify depth stop (I use a small block of wood as a stop not just masking tape for critical depth stop situations).

i got all the jets out of the carburetor but the mount for the float broke what should i do

you can solder it back together........... or buy a new one.

I am finally wiring up the fender lights but I can't figure out how to run the wire from the fender to the wiring box on the battery box
How were the original fender light wires ran
