I have a 200 allis and the injection pump is bad but I can get a pump from a 7040 allis my question is will the bigger pump work on my 301 engine without much complexity

The pump is so bad it can't be rebuilt? injpumpEd just finished my 185 pump about a month ago and did a great job

The 2 pumps are completely different design. Just fix the correct one, it's always better that way. Guys like me have lots of parts on hand if it's a catastrophic failure.
