Spray, spray, spray ! Make sure you spray from the inside, too (the end of the lug bolt sticks through the hub).

Hit each of them a couple times with a two pound hammer before trying.

They usually come out quite easily.

I'm really talking about pulling the axel to take it into the shop to remove all of the sheared off lug bolts.
