I know there are some people who don't like front mount blades on here and I totally respect their opinions. In the sandhills of Nebraska it's pretty tough to find a ranch or farm that doesn't have one and they are mounted on all colors of tractors. My cousin has a 12' blade that he has run on a 7040 for 25 years and has had no ill effect to the tractor, after he mounted his blade like in these pictures.
He first mounted it under the frontend where your weight bracket attaches to the cast. The problem with that was the frame would flex a little at the front engine mount bolts and took the gaskets out of the front of the engine. He fixed the gaskets and ran 4'' plate down the frame and never had any trouble again. I overbuild everything so I used 1/2'' thick plate by 8'' wide, and made it in 3 pieces that can be unbolted at any time.

yeah...you do nice iron work! that should work! and like you said, i'm one that never really liked them on the front too...because of the frame flex. I've seen a lot of broken tractors because of them. but again...a lot were prolly operator errors! lets see the whole tractor and blade pics!

Neighbor has 2 end loaders and 3-4 skidsteers. Favorite thing for snow removal tool is the front blade for silage pushing.

I'll paint the mounts black right away and maybe this summer I can get the dozer painted black. The green can't stay!

Leon blades, at least the ones we had, mount a little differently. Instead of mounting to the frame like the Degelman does, the Leon, mounts to the front axle, and pushes from the drawbar. When we bought the first one, it went on the 7040, and there was an extension, that came with the mounting kit, that was welded to the front of the drawbar. This extension, then slid into the dozer frame. Later, the blade was transferred to an 8070. Never had any issues with the tractors, that it was mounted on. Later on, when we started pushing silage with front wheel assist tractors, we sold the Leon, and bought a Gnuse. These are like the newer Degelman's, where a bracket mounts to where the weights mount, and a pin slides into the bracket. All of the twisting force in transferred to the rear axles, and the pushing is from the drawbar.
