The CAT 594 was based on a D9.. had 410 HP and weight of 125,000 pounds.. It was the STANDARD tractor on all pipe line jobs............. I think the idea from Allis was to show it was toy compared to the new 41B pipe layer.
Like them all, but love the "B"s.
