 Topic: HD3 Track Loader

I purchased a 1969 HD3 Track Loader and I am trying to grease the track rollers but I do not see a grease point. I am told the rollers normally have button head fittings but it does not look anything like the button head fittings I have seen. I looked in the manual and it shows where to grease the rollers but my rollers do not look the same. Does anyone have any ideas? I have a photo of the roller but I do not know how to attach it to this message. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

At this time I have not used anything because I do not see any where to put grease or oil. Looking at the roller it does not look like a fitting has been broke off, and if it has all ten rollers look the same. The photo shows a cone shape where I think a fitting should be, but there is no fitting.

Of original AC rollers then should be a point at the center of the roller that takes a button head grease fitting.
If the machine has seen roller service then it is possible that either Simmell or Berco rollers were fitted, (i.e. aftermarket). The flange of the rollers should be stamped with the words Berco or Simmell.
Both have a grease or oil plug hex head that sit on the cross section of the roller between the two flanges.
Good luck with this endeavor. I have new Berco rollers here and they were fitted as noted above. Upon trying to remove the plug for lubrication could not budge it. These are brand new rolls.

Once you have the picture uploaded to your file manager, click the preview button and look down below for height and width boxes. 650 wide is about all that will fit on the page, so divide both numbers by a number that will make the width 700 or less.
