This wasn't for Christmas, but actually for my birthday in November, it was given to me very early-in fact my wife bought it at the Old Threshers Reunion at Mt. Pleasant waaaay back in September. I knew about it then. Harvest came along early, and it took me until November to put it up, so it all worked out. Some people have barn quilts, but I think this is much neater. I put it on the end of our shop.
I think it looks rather snazzy up there. I did have to reinforce the end wall of the shop before I put it up, as there weren't any places to fasten all four corners to the truss. In Iowa we have to really plan for wind. I don't think there is any fear of it working loose now. In my opinion, it is much better than any barn quilt.

That's awesome looking. Wouldn't mind finding something like that with the triangle logo.

I'm never gonna find one so I am determined to make one for myself. I'll let everyone know when it gets done (if it's fit to show off. Bob@allisdowneast

PS Redline, that really sets off your shop. NICE!!
I used to think I was indecisive, but now I'm not sure.

I am not trying to advertise for them, but these are the folks that made our sign.
I would bet they could help you find what you are after.

Nah, I have a quilt that would MUCH better up there.  Just send me that sign and I will send you the quilt to hang in its place.
That's my story and I'm sticking to it! Big smile
