The 302 is a good baler, I've used mine to bale 500 to 700 bales a year for the past 5 years. Since it's been barn kept, it should be in good shape to bale. you can trip the knotter and turn the fly wheel (turn the direction of arrow on flywheel) to see if the knotters work and if the ram moves smoothly. Check bill hooks for wear. Check resister plates for wear. Not sure on value but I would guess around $700.00 to $1500.00 . HTH

My AC 444 baler has knotters that seem to be exactly like New Holland. In fact it has a complete NH knotter on one side. I broke a chunk out of the knotter frame while driving a roll pin out to remove bill hook. I had 2 extra NH knotters that had just been gone thru and was an exact fit. Works perfect
