The motive power is a FA 10. The quick drop valves make it work as a hammer. The frame is easier to move around than the wheel, and, when turned up, helps get the wheel centre out once the beads are loose.

I took a old rim and cut a slot across it so the rim expanded slightly , then use that to let tire fall onto when de-mounting tire.
Backhoe bucket worked well for most tires - until I ended up putting tooth through sidewall on one of my 13.80 x20 float tires on dump truck. Those old tires seems to want to stick to bead area .

Coke,
When they look like this
they're a problem. We had to get the matching one off to get the grader home. Had to chainsaw the wheel centre out and oxy the beads off. I'm pretty happy that this rig got this one loose. Saved all the tubes as well.
Scotchenomics on used tyres here. If you don't save the tube you need to buy a new , one which needs a flap or it is likely to split on the seam somewhere. Add about $A200 or so for this, plus cost of a second hand tyre very quickly comes close to the about $A600 for a new Chinese tyre, tube and flap.

Looks like you got all the goody out of that one! You could almost see the air inside while inflated and tell when it was going bad!!

When I got my Adams 411 grader I got 4 extra tires with it , only problem was those tires were mounted on dayton open center type rims where the Adams had a solid center rim that bolts to hub. I also saved the tubes by having new valve stems vulcanised onto old tubes . One front tire I have a liner in it as sidewall has a few weak spots .
