   I have found  a couple of NOS Cole Hand drill presses.  I just listed one on ebay but would offer any forum member one for $100 + Shipping if interested.  I understand they work great for drilling out broken head bolts.   they are advertised as being able to drill 1/2" hole in 1/4" steel in 12 turns.  Send an email to me if you are interested.
