The stack is actually stainless. I bought it from Jim at OKtractor. For the price, I thought is was a fantastic piece. Edited by 00transamnh - 03 Jan 2017 at 6:18pm |

You did a beautiful job on that rig. It looks like a pretty early model, what year is it? Can you imagine how many more AC would have sold if they were that shiny coming from the factory?

No, he had no clue what I was up to. The tractor ran up until about 2 years ago, and had been sitting under a tarp ever since. Late this summer my grandfather lamented about what he was going to do with the ol' girl. He always wanted to restore it, but just ran out of energy in his old age. So I said I would take it, with the intention to get it running again someday. The last he knew, it was sitting under a tarp behind my shed. Edited by 00transamnh - 29 Dec 2016 at 5:45am |

What a beautiful restoration! Gramps must be busting at the seams with pride! On the before photo's I notice a mounted circle saw rig on the rear. We had one similar to that on our CA. Dad and I cut a lot of fire wood with that rig. Great job on the B!

Nice looking B. Hopefully one of these days I can finish both of my basket case Bs. I guess it's a case of the "cobblers kids having no shoes"!

Not sure what color the crank handle was. Several of the things I did on this tractor were less "the way it was originally" and more "the way I like it."
I suspect the handle was unpainted steel. |

Great job, notice the crank is painted black, did they come that way from the factory that way?
I went and painted my steering column black on my Model C think I will have to change that, after read on this forum the last few weeks I am thinking it should be orange.
