I was recommended Hapco rebuilders for crankshaft welding and stroking.  i would assume
they work on heads also.  in Terre Haute

nope hapco don't work on heads just cranks that's where i take mine , there is a good speed shop across from menards

I just want it ported out so it breathes better. Bolins will do cast iron? If so what's that usually cost

I do my own porting i  have them do  my valve work what kind of tractor are you building
