    Posted: 19 Feb 2016 at 5:38pm
Finally got around to making a hand lift for my Art's Way mower.  I used parts from an old rock shaft and plow lift.  Welds aren't perfect.  Works well.  I still need to attach the cable remote and a spring.

gee the welds look fine to me !! what I can't believe is the NEW tire STILL have 'nubbies' on them !!!!!

A suggestion. Cut a piece of thick heavy rubber and cover the battery cable going though the 'tin'. It'll keep the cable from being cut and letting the sparks fly.

The lift looks good but I'm digging that black gas tank. How about a few shots from a little farther away

IT LOOKS GREAT! First rate job, but,,, maybe add a spring on the back of the handle to the rear mounting to help lift, should you need it.
